ProSlova Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and the developer identified as the seller on ProSlova's App Store product page ("ProSlova", "we", "us", or "our"), and govern your use of the ProSlova iOS app (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. App Store terms

These Terms supplement, and do not replace, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple Standard EULA"). The Apple Standard EULA governs the license to the App. If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls to the extent of that conflict.

2. Who may use the App

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are not old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you and supervise your use of the App.

3. License and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, you may use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment and learning on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules.

You must not:

• copy, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the App except as law expressly permits;
• reverse engineer, bypass security or access controls, or interfere with the App or its providers except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to do so;
• use the App to violate law, infringe another person's rights, harass others, or create or display unlawful or harmful content; or
• manipulate ads, rewards, purchases, or entitlement checks.

4. Content you create

You may enter player names, choose or capture avatar photos, and create personal word packs and study sets. You remain responsible for this content and must have the right to use it. Do not enter confidential, unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, particularly on a shared device.

The App stores user-created content locally and does not publish it or upload it to ProSlova. ProSlova does not operate, and does not plan to operate, its own servers, backend, server accounts, or remote content storage. You grant ProSlova only the limited permission needed for the App to process and display that content on your device.

5. Purchases, tips, and advertising

The App may offer purchases through Apple's In-App Purchase system:

• Permanent unlocks provide the features described on the purchase screen and are restorable when Apple recognizes the same purchasing account. Any active permanent purchase removes advertising after games and study sessions; optional rewarded ads may still be used to access another unowned paid game.
• Tips are optional consumable purchases available after a permanent purchase. Tips are not restorable and do not unlock content, remove advertising, or provide upgrade credit.
• Rewarded-game passes are earned by completing an eligible rewarded ad. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be lost if local App data is deleted.

Prices, taxes, billing, refunds, and payment processing are governed by Apple and applicable App Store rules. Except where law requires otherwise, ProSlova does not separately process refunds. Purchase descriptions shown in the App at the time of purchase define the included features. Network, StoreKit, or ad availability is not guaranteed.

The App may display third-party advertisements. Your interaction with an advertisement or advertiser is between you and that third party and may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies.

6. Privacy

The ProSlova Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Please review it before using the App.

7. Intellectual property

The App, including its software, design, built-in content, graphics, and branding, is owned by ProSlova or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or its built-in content to you.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue App features, content, advertising, or purchase offerings. We will not knowingly remove a paid permanent entitlement without providing the remedy required by applicable law. The App may be unavailable because of maintenance, device limitations, provider failures, or circumstances outside our control.

You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, operating system, internet access when a feature requires it, and backups where available. The App does not provide cloud backup or synchronization for local game, photo, or study data, and no ProSlova backend is planned.

9. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. The App is for entertainment and general learning and is not professional, medical, legal, or educational advice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer guarantees, statutory warranties, or other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProSlova is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of local data, profits, or opportunity arising from use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. This section does not limit liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. Your right to use the App ends if you materially breach these Terms or the Apple Standard EULA. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limits of liability, will continue.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law and jurisdiction that apply under mandatory conflict-of-law and consumer-protection rules. They do not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections or the right to bring a claim in any forum available to you under the law where you live.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent relief or using a consumer complaint or dispute-resolution procedure available by law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, providers, or law. The effective date will be updated when the Terms change. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where required by law. Continuing to use the App after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
